At Louka, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you.

We are a private, one-on-one studio, meaning your appointment time is exclusively dedicated to you and your customised service. Significant preparation, planning and creative energy goes into each booking, and we kindly ask that this commitment is respected.

We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes made with more than 72 hours’ notice may be rescheduled with no additional charge.
  • Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
  • Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, the full scheduled service fee will apply.

These fees apply to all circumstances, including illness. In exceptional cases, discretion may be exercised at Louka’s sole judgement.

Deposits

$50 deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you provide more than 72 hours’ notice and choose to rebook, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment and applied to your service total.
